SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve growth and sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Organizes and oversees the schedules, territories, and performance of sales team.
- Provide training for the sales team, ensuring they are well-equipped for their roles.
- Conduct weekly, monthly performance evaluations for team members.
- Plan for customer outreach both for new sales and farming.
- Do an opportunity mapping for customer and plan sales activities accordingly.
- Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Developing and implementing customer experience strategies and initiatives in the team.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree in Business /Administration (BBA/MBS) with 6 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
