MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound Customer Service phone calls.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity and more.
- Monitor and mobilize the field team.
- Prepare customer service summary reports, follow up and make scheduled callbacks to customer where necessary.
- Might need to work at the help desk to handle customer issues and complaints.
- Initiate required action for response to customer service requests and communicate the changes to appropriate personnel/branch/ departments.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Preferably Bachelor Degree in Management or 10+2
- Basic knowledge of operating a computer is a must.
- Fresher can apply
- Male candidates should have a two wheeler license with his own bike.
