MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Mobilize teams to meet daily installation and troubleshoot targets of branch and on time as requested by client
- Supervise, Train, and Monitor ITSRs and Field Teams.
- Ensure proper procedure is followed during field works.
- Generate new ideas and strategies to enhance better support system.
- Co-ordinate with Administration, Enterprise Support, L2 team and Technical department if needed.
- Responsible for preparing all reports/analysis of all activities as required for management.
- Conduct necessary field visits when required.
- Conduct safety inspection on regular basis.
- Networking and expansion.
- Field Survey, FTTH Mapping and Troubleshoot
- Knowledge of Local Area
- Prepare comprehensive retail network outage report on daily basis
- Timely verification and confirmation of outage acknowledgement, estimated time to recovery and update resolution for every outage in the network.
- Design comprehensive outage notification message on case base during outages.
- Perform other relevant works as assigned by BM or RTO when required.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree Completed.
- Should have good communications and leadership skill.
- 1 year and 6 months experience
