SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with overall company objectives.
- Identify new market segments and opportunities; design and implement plans for market penetration and growth.
- Set annual and quarterly sales targets, budgets, and revenue forecasts.
- Drive key initiatives and sales campaigns to support business expansion and product promotion.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, inspire, and manage a diverse sales team across various verticals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of sales personnel.
- Set performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and provide continuous coaching and feedback.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and goal-oriented performance.
Sales Operations Management:
- Supervise daily sales operations to ensure smooth workflows and process efficiency.
- Manage and coordinate the functions of multiple central sales departments, including: Sales Call Center, Channel Partners, Customer Accounts, Corporate Sales, Lead Conversion Team, Track key performance indicators (KPIs), Sales pipelines, and conversion ratios to optimize performance.
- Manage relationships with key accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, Finance, and Operations to align strategies and ensure cross-functional synergy.
- Communicate sales plans, priorities, and performance updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Represent the sales function in executive meetings and contribute to company-wide strategic planning.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct market analysis and monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
- Leverage data and insights to identify growth areas, adjust sales strategies, and make informed decisions.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, forecasts, and business development updates to senior management.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role for minimum 5 Years, preferably in ISP industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, as well as customer and market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data, make data-driven decisions, and develop actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
