SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist customer for IT Infrastructure design ( system, network, security, surveillance, cloud etc.)

Assist enterprise team for product and solution selection

Identify and share best practices and standards to internal and external customers

Providing technical workshop and training to internal and external customers

Keep management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports

Work in collaboration with enterprise sales team to build up new solutions and help customer engagement

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Basic Qualifications:

Intermediate Degree (Any) with 3+ years of direct field experience in working with IT support or sales related to  LAN, WAN, VPN, Router, Switch, Firewall,  Server, Storage, Virtualization, Wi-Fi, Surveillance etc.

OR

Bachelor Degree (Any) with 2 + years of direct field experience in working with IT support or sales related to  LAN, WAN, VPN, Router, Switch, Firewall,  Server, Storage, Virtualization, Wi-Fi, Surveillance etc.

Own two wheeler with valid driving license

 

Preferred Skills

Experience in customer facing positions like pre-sales engineer, sales consultant, solutions engineer or solutions architect

Experience in teaching and presentation

Experience with Network diagram and documentation tools
