Minimum 2 years of experience in non-technical department
· Prepare and present weekly Fortnightly, Monthly and Quarterly reports
· Provide required reports as and when required for both IV and OV.
· Maintain and update the database of Enterprise Customers.
· Maintain the list of Complementary Accounts.
· Prepare renewal list to be sent to Enterprise Sales Team.
· Regular follow up with Enterprise Team and Customer for timely receipt of contract.
· Initiate and maintain professional relationship with customer.
· Liaise with inter department.
· Monitor and track the task ticket raised by Sales Team.
· Coordinate with OV team for different reports and information.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Management.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in non-technical department
· Must be sincere, dedicated and loyal to her work
· Must be commanding with good follow up skills and tactful dealings
· Good knowledge Microsoft Office package programs
