Job Description:
- Develop and implement Sales and marketing strategies for the assigned region.
- Understand the competitive landscape of the region and formulate strategies to make sure growth and market share objectives are achieved.
- Responsible for Return on Investment of Sales Function in the region.
- Collaborate, coordinate and train diverse teams of sales and customer service and make them highly efficient.
- Track, measure and analyze commercial metrics using KPIs so as to ensure regional KPI are all achieved.
- Review existing products, services and markets to make sure existing customers are retained.
- Assessing the risks to the business and plan to convert risks to opportunities.
- Collating and analyzing business data pertaining to all sales and marketing activities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A Master’s Degree in business faculty (MBA) will be an advantage.
- More than 2-5 years of experience in Sales/ Marketing or managing relationships with key clients.
- Highly efficient track record in achieving annual objectives.
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting, business plans and budgeting processes.
