Job Description
- Maintain banking relationships and identify opportunities to better utilize the organization’s bank services.
- Monitoring the cash management process and determining the accuracy of cash reporting.
- Maintain cash flow by managing cash forecasting models and monitoring bank balances and cash requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Periodic collateral reporting and Consortium Agreements.
- Undertake responsibility for the hedging strategy.
- Develop, improve and document the foreign exchange processes and policies.
- Responsible for the intercompany loan environment, ensuring that loans are regularly reviewed.
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Paying vendors by scheduling paychecks and ensuring payment is received for Payable entries in ERP.
- Responding to vendor enquiries regarding finance.
- Continuing to improve the payment process.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc forecasting reports.

- Good at Excel, ERP, SOP
- Initiating a data-driven approach.
- A strong commercial acumen.
- A real aptitude for working with numbers.
- Excellent ability to make informed decisions.
- Confident communication and presentation skills.
- CA (ICAI) / ACCA – 2 to 5 years’ experience.
